Lease Items
The vast selection of furniture in our showroom, warehouse and from various catalogs will meet your needs with functional and aesthetical aspects, while providing comfort. For short term leases, second-hand items in our spacious warehouse are available. They are in good condition clean and economical.
*New items for short term lease are available by increasing the monthly lease charge rate.
*For short term leases of less than 3 months, our staff at the warehouse will select the furniture for you. |

Lease Period
Lease contract terms from 1 to 36 months (3 years) are offered. When contract expires, there will be an option to buy the items at significantly discounted price as stated in chart below, or extend the lease at a discounted lease rate.
Lease Charge Rate
The monthly lease charge rates are calculated by multiplying the price of items by the percentages noted below. Prices for new items are the retail prices in our suppliersâEcatalogues or prices on the items in our showroom. |

Temporary furniture will be provided while you are waiting for items chosen from catalogs to be delivered. |
